I utilize GROW and RULA for patient management. These online mental health platforms seamlessly assist with scheduling, insurance verification, copays, and billing. All intake and consent for treatment paperwork can be completed online and you can sign up for an appointment easily!

GROW accepts: All Savers, AvMed, BCBS-IL HMO-UIC, BCBS PPO, Cigna, Ever North, Optum, Oscar, Surest, United Medical Resources (UMR), United Health Care, United Behavioral Health. GROW also facilitates an out-of-pocket payment via card for those without insurance. You can choose in-person and virtual visits.

RULA is an ONLINE ONLY platform dedicated to making health care accessible to everyone.
